Fomacitro Stop Bath 250ml

A liquid concentrate of citric acid designed to instantly stop the action of the developer and neutralise its alkalinity. Fomacitro protects the fixing bath from contamination, extending its life and ensuring consistent processing results. Unlike traditional acetic acid baths, it is low-odour and comfortable for use in small or poorly ventilated darkrooms.

Directions : Dilute the concentrate at a ratio of 1+19 (e.g., 50ml of concentrate to 950ml of water). This 250ml bottle produces 5 Litres of working solution.

• Indicator System: The solution contains a colour indicator that changes from yellow to blue/green once the bath is exhausted and requires replacement.
• Processing Time: Immerse film or paper for 30 to 60 seconds between the development and fixing stages.
• Safety: Citric acid-based and safer for the environment. Store in a cool, dry place and keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use.
