Shipping Overview

Astra Store ships across India. We partner with leading logistics providers through Shiprocket to ensure your orders reach you safely. Please review this policy to understand our shipping practices, timelines, and procedures.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

We do not offer:

  • International shipping

If you are located outside India and are interested in our products, please contact us to discuss potential options.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery pin code
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Carrier availability for your location

The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees — the amount shown at checkout is the final shipping charge.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your shipment.

Standard products (film, accessories, in-stock items) 1–2 business days
3D printed products 4–7 business days

Please note:

  • Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order, not delivery time
  • 3D printed items require additional time for manufacturing (3–5 days) plus standard packing time
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Timeframes

After your order is dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and carrier availability. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, typical delivery windows are:

Other cities and towns 5–10 business days
Remote or difficult-to-access areas 7–14 business days

Important:

  • These are estimates, not guarantees
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • During sale periods, festivals, or high-volume seasons, deliveries may take longer

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • A tracking number and link to track your package

You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website or through Shiprocket's tracking portal to monitor your shipment's progress.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order (or 7 business days for 3D printed items), please contact us.

Payment Methods

We accept online payments only. Available payment methods include:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (as available through our payment gateway)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout, including:

  • Full name of recipient
  • Complete address with house/flat number, building name, street, and landmark
  • City and state
  • Correct 6-digit PIN code
  • Active mobile number for delivery coordination

Address Changes

We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

If you realise there is an error immediately after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will try to assist if the order has not yet been processed.

Shipping Restrictions

Product-Specific Considerations

Film and light-sensitive products:

  • Film products are sensitive to heat and humidity
  • While we pack these items carefully, we recommend avoiding orders during extreme summer months if you are in a region with very high temperatures, or opting for expedited shipping where available
  • We are not responsible for film degradation caused by extended transit times or extreme weather conditions during delivery

3D printed products:

  • These items are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Packaging is designed to protect against transit damage, but minor cosmetic marks from shipping are possible

Unserviceable Pin Codes

Some remote locations may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. If your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout. In such cases, please contact us to explore alternative arrangements.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect address or phone number
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
  • Refunds for returned packages will be processed minus the original shipping cost

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We understand that shipping issues can occur despite best efforts. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. For damaged packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the delivery person if possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage (both packaging and product).

  2. For lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates the package is lost, contact us with your order details.

We handle lost and damaged shipment claims on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Reship the product at no additional cost
  • Issue a full or partial refund
  • File a claim with the carrier and keep you informed

Our goal is to resolve such issues fairly and promptly.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
