Astra Store is operated by Edfoundry, a GST-registered entity based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photographic reproduction
  • Product specifications are subject to change without notice
  • All product images are for illustrative purposes

4.2 3D Printed Products

Our 3D printed products are manufactured using various materials including PLA, PETG, and specialty filaments. Please note:

  • Minor surface variations, layer lines, and small imperfections are characteristic of 3D printing and do not constitute defects
  • Products are made to order unless otherwise specified
  • Custom or bespoke items may have longer production times
  • Material properties and care instructions will be provided with your order

4.3 Analog Photography Products

Our film and photography products:

  • Have recommended storage conditions that should be followed for optimal results
  • May have expiration dates that affect performance
  • Are sold as-is for expired or vintage items, where applicable

4.4 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Discontinue any product without prior notice
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Store are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices:

  • Are inclusive of applicable GST where indicated
  • Do not include shipping and handling charges unless specified
  • Are subject to change without prior notice
  • May differ from prices in physical retail locations, if any

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure payment gateways including Razorpay and other methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method

  • You authorise us to charge the total amount to your payment method

  • We do not store your complete payment card information
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification

5.4 GST and Taxes

6. Orders and Fulfillment

6.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted only when:

  • You receive an order confirmation email
  • The product ships from our facility

6.2 Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins

6.3 Processing Time

  • Standard products typically ship within 3–7 business days
  • 3D printed items may require additional production time of 5–10 business days
  • Pre-order and back-ordered items will ship according to the timeline specified on the product page

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Areas

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping availability and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

7.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

7.3 Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

7.4 International Shipping

For international orders:

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened film rolls or light-sensitive materials
  • Custom or made-to-order 3D printed products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

8.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at the email address provided below within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorisation and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the product at your expense unless the return is due to our error

8.4 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8.5 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until instructed

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Edfoundry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Trademarks

"Astra Store," "Astra," and associated logos are trademarks of Edfoundry. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.4 3D Print Designs

  • Original designs created by Astra Store remain our intellectual property
  • Purchased 3D printed products are for personal use only
  • You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially distribute our designs

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Store for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Store
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell products purchased from us without authorisation

11. Privacy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Store, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edfoundry, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Store
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will endeavour to resolve complaints and disputes within 30 days.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Store. Your continued use of the Store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability
