ELEGOO Neptune 4 FDM 3D Printer

The ELEGOO Neptune 4 is a high-speed FDM printer built around Klipper firmware and an ARM 64-bit 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 8G RAM, bringing software-side speed optimisation together with a CNC machined aluminum extrusion frame designed to handle up to 500 mm/s printing. The dual-gear direct extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio delivers strong extrusion grip and precise filament feeding at high flow rates, while the copper-titanium all-metal throat pipe and dedicated air duct design manage heat dissipation effectively and reduce the risk of nozzle blockage.

Auto bed leveling uses a 121-point (11×11) grid for fast and accurate platform calibration across the full build surface, with hand-twist knobs for auxiliary manual adjustment. The PEI magnetic platform releases printed models with a slight flex, and the 300 °C high-temperature nozzle combined with a 110 °C heated bed covers a broad material range — PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon, Wood, and Marble — across a 225 × 225 × 265 mm build volume.

Six fans handle part cooling: two thickened double-sided 4015 model cooling fans and four 4020 ball bearing blower fans provide comprehensive heat dissipation even at maximum print speeds. The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen with model preview and pause function can be handheld or mounted to the base, and an LED light strip on the gantry plus a nozzle-mounted LED keep the print zone clearly visible in any lighting condition. USB and Wi-Fi connectivity with TF Card offline printing support makes the Neptune 4 flexible for both tethered and standalone use.
